This is a review of our 65th delivery from a weekly food subscription box called Home Chef. This week we gave two recipes five out of five stars and one recipe four out of five stars. Calories ranged from 528 to 620 and carbs range from 19g to 28g. Preparation time stated on the recipe cards range from 30-45 minutes while actual preparation time was 41 to 60 minutes.

Just look at the photo of our recipe results above, yummy! We gave this recipe five out of five stars. Whenever they offer a recipe with sausage I order it because it's always so tasty. I'm happy to report that the sauce had enough Italian seasoning to please me and the quality of the mozzarella was high. It tasted especially fresh and yummy. The mushrooms were a nice addition. I skipped the pepperoncini since I can't eat anything pickled. Hubby loved it. This dish has only 528 calories and 28g carbs and it was a large portion. The recipe card states preparation time will be 30-40 minutes while it took Hubby 46 minutes.

We gave this recipe five out of five stars. Hubby cooked the salmon skin until it was crispy, yum! The miso butter as a sauce was really scrumptious. The addition of garlic and sliced almonds made the green beans a tasty treat. This dish has only 620 calories and 19g carbs and it was a healthy portion. The recipe card states preparation time will be 30-40 minutes, actual preparation time was 41 minutes.

Their pork tenderloin is always tasty, so don't hesitate to purchase a recipe that includes it. We gave this dish four out of five stars. To reach five stars it would need the addition of a gravy or melted butter instead of just jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Our jalapeno wasn't hot. The cotija cheese was a nice addition to the squash and zucchini. Look at the photo above, the squash is in the shape of a duck! The recipe cards state 35-45 minutes preparation time while it took Hubby one hour. It only has 583 calories and 21g carbs and it was a large portion.
