We gave one recipe four out of five stars and two recipes three stars. The Seared Alabacore Tuna Steak recipe was a repeat, but this time it didn't receive as many stars. My favorite recipe was the Mu Shu Pork. Calories ranged from 620 to 770, preparation time indicated twenty to forty minutes. Actual preparation time was thirty-six to sixty minutes. Two of the recipes are gluten free and one is Paleo.

Last time I gave this recipe four out of five stars, but this time we gave it only three stars. There wasn't enough of the Sherry Vinaigrette Base and the purple sweet potato arrived with both ends cut off. This recipe has 620 calories, says it takes 30-40 minutes to prepare and it's Paleo and gluten free. Actual preparation time was one hour.

Mu Shu Pork

This was my favorite recipe for the week and I gave it four out of five stars. Hubby was out of town, so I cooked this one. The wood ear mushrooms looked very unappetizing, but I used them in the recipe anyway and they were surprisingly tasty. The cilantro wasn't in great shape, I had to toss out most of it. I didn't care for the Mu Shu Shells, so I didn't eat them. I loved the hoisin sauce and the pork. I received the wrong recipe card, so I followed the online recipe instead. The recipe said it would take twenty minutes, but it took me forty-five minutes. It's has 760 calories.

Spicy Shrimp Tacos Diablo with Pickled Cabbage & Lime

We gave this recipe three out of five stars. The Diablo sauce was very tasty along with the shrimp. I would have preferred flour tortillas rather than corn. Corn doesn't taste as good and it broke apart while eating. The pumpkin seeds were a crunchy and yummy addition. This recipe has 770 calories, is gluten free and preparation time indicated twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. Actual preparation time was thirty-six minutes.
