IT Cosmetics Stocking Stuffers Review

Travel Size Confetti Poppers & Cleanser

I recently came across these Confetti Poppers from IT Cosmetics while searching for an item to use my $5 coupon from my Macy's Beauty Box on. As always, I search to see if another store has a lower price. Macy's had them on sale, but I found them for less directly from the manufacturer since they had a 25% sale. Each one retails for $12.00. The coupon it brought them down to $9 each. I paid $36.00 for all four and comparing them to their full-sized versions, they have a retail value of $65.00. I also used Mr. Rebates for 3% cash back. These are the perfect size to try their products at the lowest price. They also came with a free tote and three foil packet samples. Here's what I purchased:
  1. Secret Sauce Moisturizer Travel Size Confetti Popper, made in Korea, 0.5 fl. oz., $17.00 retail value
  2. Je Ne Sais Quoi Lip Treatment Confetti Popper in Your Perfect Pink, made in the USA, 0.11 oz, full size, $24.00 retail value
  3. Confidence in a Cream Moisturizer Travel Size Confetti Popper, made in Korea, 0.5 fl. oz. $12.00 retail value
  4. Confidence in a Cleanser Cleansing Serum Travel Size, made in Korea, 1.7 fl. oz., $12.00 retail value

The poppers are fun, but the confetti comes in various sizes from tiny to large. Unfortunately, the tiny pieces get under the lid of the creams. I managed to get it off with a tissue. You'll want to do this right away before the pieces get into the cream. The confetti makes a bit of a mess on the floor, so be prepared for that. Also, be prepared for the product to also pop out of the poppers. The moisturizers have foil seals, so you'll want to only open the seal when you are ready to apply them so that you don't waste the product that is on the seal. Confidence in a Cream Moisturizer leaves my skin feeling moisturized but not smooth. It's a bit sticky. Due to this, I think a primer would be necessary prior to applying your foundation. I like how it immediately feels moisturized. I have dry skin and it's hard to find a moisturizer that doesn't take multiple uses to moisturize. I wouldn't recommend it to those with oily skin. The Secret Sauce Moisturizer it a bit lighter yet still moisturizing. I'm not crazy about their scents though it doesn't last long. The Confidence in a Cleanser is quite concentrated so use a little bit otherwise you'll spend a long time rinsing. It leaves my dry skin with some parts that are still dry and some feel a bit moisturized. It doesn't make my skin feel squeaky clean, but I have to avoid using a cleanser like that due to my dry skin. It has a smells lemony to me. The extracts they use are lavender, grapefruit, turmeric and licorice root. If you have tried it, how does it smell to you? The Lip Treatment is supposed to turn your lips a natural pink. It just barely changes my lips to a slight pink taking out the redness with a slight shine. It has a waxy moisturized feeling. This one is a bargain at $12.00, it's a full sized product that normally retails for $24.00! I love the magnetic top. Allo of these cosmetics would make great stocking stuffers! This is the first time that I have tried out all of these products, so it going to take some time before I can review my long-term results. Which products in their skin care line have you tried and what were your results? Today QVC is offering a TSV featuring a six piece IT Cosmetics set for $59.94. Here's a video showing the confetti poppers:
