The normal price is only $5 per box for four snacks and shipping is free. Each snack is in it's own box and perfect for when you are on the go. You can have them shipped weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I have mine shipped weekly. If I'm not snacking as much one week, I'll skip a week which can be done easily on their website. They are over ninety different snacks to chose from in the following categories:

Popping Corn
Dips & Dippers
Flapjacks aka granola bars
Savory Selection
Healthy Treats
Pure Fruit
Whole Nuts
Pure Fruit, Nuts & Seeds
Super Seeds
A Touch of Chocolate

You can also customize which snacks are sent and how often they are sent to you. If you taste one and you don't like it, simply go on their website and chose "trash" and they will never send it again. If you love one of the snacks, be sure to select "love" so that you will receive it often. There is also the choice of "try" which means it will be sent but not as often as "like" or "love". There is also a choice of only low calories snacks which have 50-150 calories per snack. I highly recommend this subscription service and have been a subscriber for almost a year now.
