I received the Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Insoles for review from BzzAgent. I tried these in my Nike Shox sneakers during a Tracy Anderson cardio workout. I had to remove them after 10 minutes. They felt very hard and I couldn't stand them anymore. I expected more of a cushion like those gel mats you stand on while cooking. They also raised my foot just enough to be annoying at the heel, my foot wanted to slip out of my sneaker. I do have a high instep, so perhaps those without that wouldn't have the same result. I also didn't like having to cut them to fit my shoe. They weren't easy to cut either. They cost around $14.00 and available at your local drugstore or online.
