This recipe takes about 25 minutes to prepare. It has 710 calories and we gave it out of five stars. Hubby gave this one three out of five stars and I gave it four stars. The jasmine rice mixed with lime was tasty. The zucchini needed to be cooked for less time and it wasn't a good choice as a side dish for the chicken. The mix of mayo, cumin, Sichuan peppercorn sauce, and light brown sugar made for a yummy sauce. It was a healthy portion, but we would have liked more. On to the next recipe.

This recipe has 820 calories and it takes about 30 minutes to prepare. We gave this recipe four out of five stars. The salmon mixed with the chipotle chili paste was so yummy. The mix of the cucumber, garlic, orange, peanuts, and lime was delicious. The mix of chile paste and guacamole was so tasty. It was a healthy portion, but I would have loved more! On to the 2nd recipe.

Indian Style Chicken & Cheesy Naan with Roasted Carrots & Pickled Mustard Seeds

This recipe has 800 calories and it takes 35 minutes to prepare. I made this one for myself since Hubby went out of town. The chicken was dry, the cooking time was too long and there wasn't enough sauce. The garlic and fontina cheese on the naan bread was tasty though the cooking time was too short. I didn't care for the mustard seeds on the carrots and I skipped the sugar. Mustard would have been much tastier with a better texture. I gave this recipe two out of five stars.
