We've ordered the above recipe more times than I can count. It's absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend you order it next time you see it available. The Swedish meatloaf with the currant jam is heavenly. The mashed potatoes and carrots are very tasty. It's wonderful comfort food and cheat worthy. It has 830 calories and it's very filling. It takes about 45 minutes to prepare. On to the next recipe.


Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with Bell Peppers, Peanuts, and Sriracha

We gave the above recipe four stars. It's healthy Chinese take out yet it's so yummy.  It has 660 calories and it takes about 40 minutes to prepare. The only thing I would change is to use cashews instead of peanuts and skip cooking them. It's making my mouth water just thinking about it. On to the last recipe.


Apricot Ginger Chicken with Roasted Green Beans & Jasmine Rice

We gave the above recipe three stars. The chicken wasn't up to the standards we have come to expect from Hello Fresh. The green beans were tasty and the sauce was very yummy. This one has 570 calories and it takes about 25 minutes to prepare.
