I love my spaghetti sauce. I also make a pretty good mac'n cheese. (jozywails@gmail.com)

My favorite home cooked recipe is lentil skillet. It's a recipe that was passed down from my husband's mom and is super easy. It's ground beef, with lentils, cumin and beef broth served over rice and topped with parmesan. So easy, filling and delicious!

Homemade tamales! We make them every year for Christmas and they are sooooo good. I never order them in restaurants anymore because I prefer the way my family makes them.
(Also: never complain about the cost, they are a time-consuming pain in the tush to make!)
