This is a review of our 21st delivery from a weekly food subscription box called Hello Fresh. This week we two recipes five out of five stars and one recipe three stars. Calories ranged from 540 to 1090 and preparation time stated on the recipe cards ranges from 40 to 55 minutes. Actual preparation time was 53 to 58 minutes.

We gave this recipe five out of five stars. It started with quality, tender, and delicious pork tenderloin and it was topped with a scrumptious glaze. The glaze was made with olive oil, garlic, thyme, stock concentrated, water, honey, butter, salt, and pepper. The sweet potatoes and green beans were baked with some olive oil and they were tasty. It has only 530 calories, yet it was a generous, filling portion. The recipe states 40 minutes preparation time while it took Hubby 53 minutes.

We gave this recipe three out of five stars. The ground beef was very lean, we prefer a little bit of fat for more flavor and a better texture. I'm not a fan of feta cheese and by placing it in the ground beef mix it dried out while cooking. It would have tasted better on top. The Mediterranean spice wasn't very strong, we would have liked a bit more spice. The tomato cucumber salad was yummy. The shallot, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper were nice additions to the cucumbers and tomatoes. The recipe card states 40 minutes preparation time while it took Hubby 58 minutes. It has 890 calories and it was a healthy portion.

We gave this recipe four out of five stars. The steak was scrumptious with the addition of the truffle butter. I would have preferred the mashed potatoes be made without the skins for a better texture, but they were delicious with the addition of milk and fresh thyme. The asparagus was also tasty but shrank quite a bit while baking in the oven. The recipe card states 55 minutes preparation time and it took Hubby 58 minutes. This one is high in calories coming in at 1090 and it was a generous, filling portion. It was a nice treat.
