This week we gave one recipe five out of five stars and two recipes three stars. Calories range from 400 to 690. SmartPoints range from 7 to 11. Preparation time ranges from 15 to 50 minutes.

The above recipe Hubby rated five out of five stars and I rated it four stars. The kale was yummy. The tapenade was too tart for me, but Hubby loved it. The cauliflower was especially tasty. This is a Weight Watches Freestyle Recipe that has 7 SmartPoints. It was a large portion that certainly didn't taste like it only had 400 calories. It takes up to 50 minutes to prepare. On to the 2nd recipe.


Teriyaki Shrimp & Rice with Spicy Sesame Green Beans

We rated the above recipe three stars. We weren't crazy about the sauce, the rice was boring and the green beans & shrimp were tasty. This one has only 470 calories and it has 11 SmartPoints. It takes about 25 minutes to prepare. On to the 3rd recipe.


Cheesy Italian Style Baked Chicken with Orzo Pasta


Ingredients

The above recipe has 690 calories and 15 SmartPoints. We rated it three stars. I really disliked the orzo pasta. The zucchini was of low quality. The topping on the chicken was yummy, but we prefer Home Chef's Skinny Chicken recipe which is similar.

It was mostly a disappointing week of recipes. When I canceled my membership recently, they offered $20 off two weeks of recipes. That brings the price down to $40.74 so I gave them another try.
