These are extremely high-quality cloth wipes which are not made with paper, they are cotton! They are thick, large, super soft, gentle, exfoliating, and very moist. The ingredients include goat milk rich in vitamins, CoQ10, Vitamin E, aloe, natural botanicals, and mineral-rich water from Sharon Springs, NY. They are free of parabens, petroleum, phosphates, alcohol, and sulfates. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and these are the only ones I've found that do not irritate both my eyes and skin. I've gone through an entire pack of 30 before reviewing. 30 is the normal size, this Today's Special includes three packs of 100 wipes! This is a super bargain! I love the foil packs because they keep the wipes from drying out, even the last cloth is moist.
