This is a review of our 70th delivery from a weekly food subscription box called Home Chef. This week we gave one recipe four out of five stars and two recipes three stars. Calories range from 515 to 766 and preparation time ranges from 30 to 45 minutes.

We gave this recipe three out of five stars. We love Tostadas and we regularly purchase them from an authentic local Mexican restaurant, Tacos Oaxaca. Hubby also makes a delicious version. I prefer a corn tortilla rather than flour, it has more flavor. I'll look more carefully at the recipe before ordering next time. There wasn't enough cheese, guacamole, and red onion. We didn't like the fajita seasoning and the addition of tomato paste was unpleasant. Chopped tomatoes would have been so much better than tomato paste. This one has 766 calories and it takes around 35 minutes to prepare. It was a healthy and filling portion.

We also prefer teriyaki sauce over sriracha and they didn't provide us enough, we added some we had on hand. This one has 515 calories and takes around 30 minutes to prepare. It was a yummy and filling dinner.

We always enjoy their sausage so I order it often. Who doesn't love stuffed green peppers? This one smells like pizza when it's cooking which is unique and perfect for those on a low carb diet. We would have preferred less green pepper and more sausage and spice. We gave this recipe three stars. It has 559 calories and it takes 35 to 45 minutes to prepare.
