This is from a monthly subscription service from Julep called Julep Maven.  It's $19.99 per month, but you also receive credits each month you remain a member and I used those credits for a free Matte top coat.  It was shipped separately and I forgot to take a photo of it.  It's a top coat that you apply to any shiny polish to make it have a matte appearance.  There are many artistic ways to use that top coat such as adding it to the entire nail then adding a polish to the tips that is shiny.  I have yet to try these polishes since I have so many to try this time of year.  Why oh why do they come out with the best polishes only during the holidays!  As soon as I try this one out, I will post my manicure, so stay tuned!  Subscribe to my blog or follow me on twitter, so you don't miss out on my future posts.  If you love nail polish you should really give this monthly subscription a try!  Each item in this box landed up only costing me $5 each, which is a really good value.  You can find these polishes on Sephora.com or QVC.com for $14 each!
