I received these complimentary samples from Influenster:
  1. Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration SPF 30
  2. Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color 908 Graphite Gravity
  3. Quaker Banana Nut Soft Baked Bar
  4. Sally Hansen Nails & Cuticles Hand Creme 24 hour moisture with Shea Butter
  5. Always Radiant Box of 2 Tampons, 3 liners, 1 pad, and one satin bag.
The Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen smells really clean, like a gentle soap.  It dries quickly and isn't sticky at all.  I'm very impressed with the application, since that is usually the unpleasant part of using a sunscreen which I usually dread.  The ribbons of color you see in the photo above are from the product not the container which is very interesting.  Sally Hansen's Nails & Cuticles & Hand Creme has a very light lemon scent.  This is a thicker lotion since it has shea butter in it.  Shea butter is a more expensive product, so I was surprised to see it in an inexpensive line found in discount stores and drugstores.  It definitely moisturizes well and I'm happy with it.  The Quaker Banana Nut Bar says it has 5 grams of fiber, 20% of daily B vitamins, and 6 grams of protein and only 140 calories which are impressive numbers.  It says open one end and microwave for 10 seconds which I did.  Leo, my Maltese took a sniff of it and licked his lips, so I gave him a sample and he didn't eat it.  It's lacking some flavor, it has a very weak flavor of bananas. I love banana nut bread and excited to try it, but this  doesn't have that flavor.  Maybe a few more calories would have made it tastier.  I see corn syrup listed in the ingredients, so I won't be purchasing this item. I stay away from corn syrup whenever possible.  I'll stick to Kind bars instead, while more expensive, they are better for you and so tasty.  I already use Always pads and have been a loyal customer for more years than I'd like to admit.  I find they are the most comfortable pads on the market.  I believe they were the first to have wings on their pads which make all the difference.  They keep the pad in place and avoid leakage on the sides.  If  you have never tried them you must give them a try, they are the best.  I look forward to seeing the changes they have made.  So far I see the packaging is prettier.  I already purchased one of the Sally Hansen Magnetic polishes in a blue color, so I'm happy I didn't receive a duplicate.  I love magnetic polishes and the look they give.  I already have used one from Nails Inc and received many compliments on those nails.  Their product is very expensive, so when I saw that Sally came out with some, I ran to Target and bought one on sale.  I just thought it was strange that they were in fall/winter colors and not spring or summer.  I will be saving mine for fall and will update this post with my review and photos.  I have too many spring and summer polishes to try first.  I saw this polish on another blogger's nails and they looked really pretty.  If you have never tried a magnetic polish you owe it to yourself to try Sally Hansen's, since it's inexpensive and available at your local discount or drug store.
