This is a review of our 27th delivery from a weekly subscription box called Hello Fresh. This week we gave two recipes four out of five stars and one recipe three stars. Calories range from 700 to 840 and preparation time indicated on the recipe cards range from 25 to 45 minutes. Actual preparation time ranged from 50 to 60 minutes. 

Herbed Chicken Cutlets with Creamy Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Zucchini

We gave this recipe three out of five stars. The zucchini was overcooked and there wasn't enough sauce for the chicken. I didn't care for the addition of cream cheese in the mashed potatoes. Plus, the Italian Seasoning wasn't strong enough. This recipe had a generous portion with 700 calories. The recipe card states 45 preparation time while it actually took 60 minutes.

Korean Beef Bibimbap with Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Carrots

We love bibimbap, so I had to order this one and we gave it four out of five stars. We added twice as much sriracha. The sauce is simply made with scallion, vinegar, salt, sesame oil, sriracha and soy sauce, yummy! It was an extra large portion with enough for a light lunch the next day. It has 840 calories if you manage to eat it all. Preparation time on the recipe card states 30 minutes preparation time while it actually took an hour. 

Wasabi Zinger Salmon over Jasmine Rice and Green Beans

I've ordered this recipe before and we gave it four out of five stars, so I ordered it again. The salmon and its sauce are scrumptious. Simple mix sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, and wasabi paste together to make a delicious sauce for salmon. The jasmine rice is cooked with water mixed with vegetable stock and it's very tasty. The green beans needed a bit something to liven them up other than sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. This is a generous portion coming in at 720 calories. The recipe card states 25 minutes preparation time while it actually took 50 minutes.
