I stalked the Bath & Body Works website until the London 3-Wick Candles arrived again! The hand soaps and hand sanitizers were available days prior, but I was on the hunt for the candles. I missed the last release in the early summer, so I wanted to be sure to snag them when they released for the 3rd time this winter. If you love the scent of a high quality tea with a little bit of lemon juice squeezed into the tea cup, this is the scent for you. It's a comforting scent yet refreshing, which is a difficult combination to produce without the lemon smelling fake and the tea scent smelling cheap. This candle is perfection! Just a warning, they are having issues with their website. The last few weeks they will claim an item is in stock, allow you to order it and then when it's time to ship they will send you an email that states your entire order or part of your order has been cancelled due to it not actually being in stock. I have been ordering from them for years online and this is the first time they have cancelled "in stock" items when it's time for delivery. I have experienced this not once but three times in that last couple of weeks. For example, I also ordered a Fresh Balsam candle not only in this order but two previous orders and they were all cancelled and not shipped. Also, my Holiday candle order was cancelled. I'm very careful to only purchase their candles during sales, shop with a coupon and use Mr. Rebates. So when they cancel one or more items, that changes the price I have paid per candle and that makes me very upset. Not to mention, I really wanted to stock up on those scents to enjoy in 2016. My favorite candles are from their winter and fall lines, so this is the time of year when I make the most orders so that I can enjoy them year round. This year that was a fail due to their "in stock" claim that was false. I called customer service and while they are normally quite helpful, this year they were not. I have heard others have also had customer service issues lately. So I will be contacting customer relations instead of customer service when I have time. It's sad that they can't keep up with their customers' needs, since most customers are quite bored by their spring and summer lines and are mostly enthusiastic about their fall and winter lines which cause us to stock up so we can enjoy them year round. You would think after all the blogger posts and YouTube videos stating this issue that they would bring back these scents at other times of the year so we didn't have to hoard them and so that their spring and summer sales numbers wouldn't be so low in comparison. I'm amazed at some companies who ignore their customers' purchase trends. It's really quite shocking, imagine how much money they are missing out on not providing some of their most popular candles year round! Some customers can't afford nor have the space to hoard these fall and winter candles! Bath & Body Works it's time for you to listen to your customers and make changes!
