Coco Allure Polish - Red Hot Manicure

Photo taken in the sunlight

The above photo shows my nails painted with the Indie polish from Coco Allure Polish in the color called Red Hot.  I purchased it in a haul from Llarowe. This is a nail polish that changes colors when the nails' temperature changes.  The nail that touches the skin is warm so it changes from dark purple to pink.  The tips of my nails that aren't touching the skin stay purple.  The colder they are the darker the purple gets.  The darkest purple is shown in the bottle.  It has fine & large blue glitter and fine pink glitter also.  I used two coats and found that was enough.  I also used Seche Vite top coat and one coat of that was enough to smooth out the glitter.  The base coat I used is Manicure Keeper by Orly and I used two coats.  I've heard that temperature changing polish has a short shelf life, so I was concerned when my polish didn't change colors at first.  But as soon as I took a shower a couple hours later, it started changing and has ever since.  If the nails touch something cold or hot such as a computer or a beverage, they will change color again.  It's a really fun polish and I highly recommend it.  It was also easy to apply.  The glitter stayed put and even got near the cuticle line which is where I usually have trouble with glitter.  I would recommend that you use this polish when your nails are at their longest to show off the color change best.  Have you tried a temperature changing polish yet?
